Lost, Damaged, or Stolen:

If for any reason you believe that your package has been lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us via email at support@thefitfineflawless.com IMMEDIATELY for replacement. 

We do not offer Refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

Order Cancellations:

We offer free cancellations up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted by emailing us at support@thefitfineflawless.com

Cancellations cannot be made AFTER 24 HOURS from the time that the order was placed.
