Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS days for your order to be completed and shipped out.

All orders will receive a tracking number once they have been completed via email or text, not before.

Express shipping option (2-day shipping) guarantees that your package will be delivered within 2 business days AFTER the postal carrier has received it from our warehouse. This does not override our standard processing time (5-7 business days) You WILL NOT  receive your order in 2 business days if you purchase express shipping.

International Shipping:

All international orders are subject to additional customs fees and duties if applicable. The Fit Fine Flawless LLC is not responsible for any additional customs fees or duties associated with the shipment of your order. These fees must be paid promptly to receive your package once it has entered your country. 

Return Policy:

We do not accept ANY products for return or exchange INCLUDING digital products 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen:

If for any reason you believe that your package has been lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us via email at support@thefitfineflawless.com IMMEDIATELY for replacement. 

We do not offer REFUNDS for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please check your shipping address before confirming your order. A $10 RESHIPMENT FEE will be assessed for all  domestic orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

OrderCancellations:

We offer free SAME DAY cancellations.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted by emailing us at support@thefitfineflawless.com

Cancellations cannot be made AFTER 24 HOURS from the time that the order was placed.
