Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for your order to be completed and shipped out.

All orders will receive a tracking number once they have been completed via email or text, not before.

Express shipping option (2-day shipping) guarantees that your package will be delivered within 2 business days AFTER the postal carrier has received it from our warehouse. This does not override our standard processing time (7-10 business days) You WILL NOT  receive your order in 2 business days if you purchase express shipping.

Return Policy:

We do not accept ANY products for return or exchange INCLUDING digital products 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen:

If for any reason you believe that your package has been lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us via email at support@thefitfineflawless.com IMMEDIATELY for replacement. 

We do not offer REFUNDS for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please check your shipping address before confirming your order. A $10 RESHIPMENT FEE will be assessed for all orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Order Cancellations:

We offer free cancellations UP TO 24 HOURS after the order has been placed.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted by emailing us at support@thefitfineflawless.com

Cancellations cannot be made AFTER 24 HOURS from the time that the order was placed.

NO exceptions. 

Subscribe and save! Cancel anytime BEFORE your next recurring order automatically processes in our system. Again, please note that the order cannot be canceled AFTER 24 HOURS from the time that it has been processed.
